Your Google Apps account will be validated automatically.

  I don't know when Google changed the account validation process from manual to automatic, but, now if you put the information of Google Apps, Google will create an account for Google Apps automatically without manual authentication. I found it on Korean version of Google Apps, but I am sure that any versions of Google Apps are same.
